Robert, made it very easy for me to get across what bed I was looking for and was very helpful with sorting the right one for myself.

We were looking for a mattress in the Banbury store. Very good selection of mattresses. The store assistant Naju was very helpful and knowledgeable. We must have tried over 15 mattresses, some several times, over 30 minutes or more until we found one we could both agree on. Naju was very patient with us. He never tried to push us into a product that was not right for us or out of our price range.
