Dreams - Banbury

The staff left us to browse for a little while and then came over and chatted to us. He completed the dreams Mattress experience To see which mattress would be best and then showed us around. He was considerate of our 3 year old daughter and interacted with her by chatting. The whole process was great. He left us time to talk with my partner before moving to the next bed.

Having purchased our last bed and mattress from Dreams, it was our first choice when looking for a replacement. Staff greeted us as we went in but didn’t immediately jump on us, allowing us time to gather ourselves. As soon as we explained out situation, Rosie listened to our needs and took us over to the bed test - very impressed with this! It’s very difficult to decide whether a bed is right or not and this narrowed down our selection immediately which was much appreciated. Rosie then left us to ponder bed frames but was quickly on hand again when we needed her - perfect amount of attention. The order process was straight forward and completed in an acceptable space of time. The bottle of water was appreciated.

The member of staff we spoke to was incredibly friendly and helpful (I apologise I’ve forgotten her name) the service was excellent
