The overall service was lovely. Rosie assisted us during our visit and she was very understanding of our needs and assisted us with everything during our visit. She took us over to the 'sleep machine' for us to find our 'adequate mattress' and after we went around the showroom trying it till we found our perfect mattress. All PPE and safety measures were in place. We also had the opportunity to try some different pillows till we found the one that we liked the most and I'm so happy that we got them. Rosie also helped us placing an order and getting all the paperwork, delivery and so on sorted. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and can't wait to get my upgraded bed.

I had phoned earlier but rang off as something at home happened. I was phoned back, and a gentleman called Naju answered my questions - including how to get to the store. I went after half an hour, and was met at the door by Naju. Friendly but not overbearing, I was very happy with my purchases, and very happy with the service and attention paid to me - to the extent that I looked on my paperwork when I got home to pay Naju a compliment (I would complain if the opposite had happened, so it's only fair). Naju is a credit to your company - and, no, I'm no relation.

The staff left us to browse for a little while and then came over and chatted to us. He completed the dreams Mattress experience To see which mattress would be best and then showed us around. He was considerate of our 3 year old daughter and interacted with her by chatting. The whole process was great. He left us time to talk with my partner before moving to the next bed.
