The selection was great and the service was wonderful (Naju). We enjoyed the Sleepmatch machine, and we're very much looking forward to our new bedframe and mattress arriving!

Naju was extremely helpful and polite. Knowledgeable about all products we were looking at and was very attentive without being overbearing. We initially just went into the store to browse, however partly due his great service we placed an order on the day

I was given the opportunity to try a range of products to ensure I was able to find the right mattress. The assistant was helpful and patient, knew the products well and was able to answer my questions.

The guy at the Banbury store who placed our order was very good. He was friendly, informative and answered all the questions we asked! I certainly would go to him again.
