Dreams - Banbury

From entering the shop we were made very welcome and given time to browse. When we asked for help the lady ( Rosie) was so helpful and patient with us. She was obviously very knowledgable about the mattress types and spent a long time helping us with our choice!

You had all that I needed, although with one item there was no delivery time given at the time of order, but the visit went very well.

My fiancé and I visited the Dreams store as I suffer from lower back pain and my fiancé often wakes with aches and pains in the morning, our current mattress is far too firm. We were approached by a lovely lady called Rosie who asked us what we were looking for. After we explained our situation Rosie helped us to use the "sleep match" in store. After we knew our requirements Rosie showed us the Nature's finest soft/medium zip mattress and it was perfect!! The price was just what we wanted to spend too!! Rosie was very friendly and very helpful and I would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends and family.
