Very helpful member of staff who listened and understood what we were looking for. She suggested we try the mattress analysis bed in store which was very interesting and gave us confidence in choosing. It was also really good to know that we can change the mattress if we do run into any problems.

From entering the shop we were made very welcome and given time to browse. When we asked for help the lady ( Rosie) was so helpful and patient with us. She was obviously very knowledgable about the mattress types and spent a long time helping us with our choice!
