The experience within the store made us come closer to decide on our need. The friendly service with ample information was great as well as the technology been used to determine the required mattress was awesome.

Naju was professionally friendly, he had good product knowledge and answered all our questions satisfactorily. Although he and the store were busy he spent time with us explaining the products, he suggested a mattress protective cover and pillows which we purchased. Delivery was arranged within four days with removal of our existing mattress efficiently.

Ennis was very helpful and not at all pushy or imposing. He gave us a tour of the store after laying on the digital bed thing showing us beds that fit our profile and the first one was the winner, even so we tried lots of others to make sure our selection was correct for us. Prices are a bit steep but at least I don't have to buy mattresses very often!

Our assistant spent a lot of time with us , He helped us narrow down our search by asking exactly what we were looking for. He introduced us to the mattress annalist to find out what would be the best for us and patiently waited while we tried out the options recommended. Once we had made out choice we sat down and he gave us the quote. We were surprised as there was 60%off , we didn't think it would be so expensive, so we asked for time to think it over. He was fine about it, no pressure. We walked out the shop talked about it, decided we would prefer to know what we were buying instead of ordering on line so we went back in and placed our order. He had just deleted it from the computer but was happy to do it again and even fetched us a bottle of water each while we waited.

The store person was very knowledgable and helpful but not too pushy.
