Rosie was incredibly helpful on both of our visits. She was knowledgable of the products available and suitability for our son. She explained the various options and gave us time to discuss and decide. Overall very impressed with the store and an enjoyable shopping experience.

Raju met me as I walked in and was very smartly dressed - he impressed me from the start. He did not apply any pressure on me - but calmly and professionally answered all my questions and queries. I was very impressed with Raju. This led to my purchase.

I visited the Banbury store and was served by Naju. He was extremely respectful, patient, knowledgeable and helpful about the best mattress for me. He encouraged me to spend as much time as I wanted on trying the different beds recommended by the Dreams machine. I was happy with the delivery date, which I had expected to be much longer, in the current circumstances. You could not have asked for a better service and best of all, he even carried my new pillow to the car! Well done Naju.
