It was very satisfying to be served by a competent and professional salesman. putting both myself and my wife at ease with no pressure too buy.

The sales person was very helpful. He could not have done anything else to help us. Very professional in every way.

Hi, Car Parking full but staff were very helpful. We enter store and greeted very quickly and this was great. Lots of customers in store but sales team very aware of you. This was good. My sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. All I need now is for the delivery day given to be met. If so this would have been a perfect experience. I will be in touch should delivery date change.

The sales man was fantastic, best service I have received for a long time. Listened to everything I said, showed me everything he thought would be good for my needs and had good knowledge of each mattress. Did not take me to anything over my budget and gave me space and time to decide. Was so friendly and was not pressured and he really wanted to make sure I go the right mattress for me.

The manager was excellent. Good product knowledge. Kind, polite and patient. Didn’t rush me at all to making any decision on products. Excellent customer service and an asset to any company.
