Rosie in the Banbury store was very helpful and was self training which she advised us of, she was very knowledgable and also gave us the space we needed to make our choice.

Rosemary assisted me on my first visit and was on hand to help on our 2nd visit. Also she worked alongside her manager Roma to help with our final selection.

The assistant Rosie was brilliant as was her manager. She was not pushy and was very informative of the products which helped greatly in my final decision to purchase from you. Offers of tea and coffee were made which I think is a great touch seeing as time taken from browsing to purchase.

The sales Lady Roma gave us her full attention and helped in every way to make are perches as stress free as possible.

Roma was a lovely friendly member of staff, her customer service was amazing, she helped us pick a bed that suited us whilst giving us enough space to talk privately about our decisions. I can't wait for our new bed to arrive

The price of my bed linin was reduced to clear at a quality standard, love it.

I explained what sort of mattress I wanted and the salesperson very kindly showed me a variety and explained the way they had been made and allowed me plenty of time to decide whether I wanted a firm or soft mattress. She re-assured me that if upon delivery and trying it out, it proved to be the wrong choice, it could be exchanged. The bed was on special offer and I spent ages deliberating on whether to have an ottoman bed or the one I chose..she allowed me time and space even though the store was about to close. Finally, she advised on the choice of the television...HD, and her colleague also confirmed that it was a good choice. I left feeling extremely pleased.

The lady assistant who helped us find the bed we choose was so knowledgeable about the products on offer. She took all the time to explain everything to us - but gave us plenty of space to try out the products and make our decision. Very friendly, very professional, knew what she was talking about. A pleasure to be served by her.

The lady Roma who took care of us was very professional helpful and friendly. The combination of the sales woman and the atmosphere convinced us to purchase our bed. We are very happy with our experience at your store.
