We were highly satisfied mainly because we were allowed to browse without pressure ,then we were given very detailed info related to the products which best suited our needs(lower back pain ). we were allowed to try the mattresses which would best help us sleep more comfortably,and were given time to choose what we thought was right for us.

Very friendly and very knowledgeable staff. you were helped without being rushed. Nothing seems to much trouble in making sure we were happy with our purchase

We made an appointment and were greeted a dealt with promptly when we got to the store. The last who helped us (Rosie, I think) was lovely, very knowledgeable and helpful.

From the time I walked in to shop Rosie was very helpful in every way and her knowledge helped me make my purchase, Would highly recommend her and shop .

We were looked welcomed and looked after by the excellent assistant manager Naju, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy which we massively appreciated. He answered all our questions and listened to our needs. He is the reason we chose to buy on the spot and not shop around other stores to compare options.

The staff at Banbury are very helpful and are willing to go the extra mile. The knowledge offered by Rosie was second to none. She also gave us time and did not pressurise us in to making a decision.

Dreams in Banbury Oxon. We have used Dreams in the past and have always been impressed by the service and the selection on offer. We experienced the team as very friendly and helpful as we wanted to purchase a new mattress to replace our very old and lumpy one. The young lady was extremely patient as my husband has MS and struggles with walking and moving. The whole process was quick and highly efficient. Thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome. This was the first time out for my husband in over a year and felt a big deal for him. Delivery this Friday which was totally unexpected surprise.
