Excellent customer service, and the store manager had brilliant knowledge of the products and was able to match us with the perfect selection of beds. Refreshments were also offered multiple times.

Roma was very helpful we tried out different mattresses and nothing was to much trouble. I was given a coffee and my wife a cold drink. All the details of our transaction were explained in full. We were both very happy with our visit, and look forward to our new bed.

As soon as we entered the store the staff were very friendly and professional and helpful their advice and support was extremely excellent the lady went to look at another matteress for me as im disabled so need a firm mattress she was so lovely she even offered myself and my daughter a hot or cold drink I can only say how happy I have been treated in store and commend all the staff there especially the lady who helped me.

Colin was very welcoming and even made us a cup of tea. He was attentive without being pushy, left us to try various mattresses but remained on hand to answer our questions. There was a wide range of products, about which he was very knowledgeable. The pillow I wanted was out of stock but Colin sourced one from another store and delivered it personally 2 days later, on his way home; definitely service above and beyond.

Chris the sales representative who was standing in from the Milton Keynes store kept the shop open 1 hr late so that we could complete our purchase.
