Roma was able to answer all our questions so we could complete our purchase easily.

Polite and welcoming service, without being too "pushy". Your assistant knew her products and listened to our needs. She judged when to leave us alone (so we could discuss price etc) and looked after us by providing coffee. The transaction its self was done professionally and any guidance we wanted or needed was to hand. A delivery was set up at the same time as the purchase (no waiting for various phone calls), which as my husband has to attend hospital on certain days, is very useful.

The level of service and the professionalism and friendliness of Rosie the lady who served us wad outstanding. We felt listened to and all our questions were asneered fully and clearly helping us make the right choice for us.

Chose a weekday to browse bed frames and mattresses and as hoped the store was very quiet so the salesmean could give undivided attention . I hadn't bought a new mattress for several years so I therefore asked the salesman to explain the differences with all of them which was done in good detail. Everything with regard to the items ordered was explained in detail and also extra charges for delivery.

During my visit to the dreams store, two members of staff were extremely friendly and helpful. These two members of staff were very knowledgeable and approachable and made my visit and decision to buy very easy.
