Attending staff. Very quick purchase.

Colin, the assistant,was very friendly without being pushy. We already knew the product that we wished to purchase and didn't try to persuade us otherwise which would have been off putting.

Roma obviously knew her stock and was very helpful without undue pressure, and was quick to see when we were ready to go ahead and make a decision.

Ease of shopping; excellent hospitality and nature of the staff. The manager in the Banbury store Roma, was exceptional. Roma was an excellent salesperson , we felt she was very honest and trustworthy. The staff were gracious and clearly influenced by her approach with customers. We would highly recommend.

We found the staff were extremely helpful and helped to find just what we were looking for , the staff were not pushy it selling us the most expensive item like other shops we have been to , very pleasant shop and we brought just what we were looking for

Very friendly and informative service

I don't know about highly satisfied with the visit but the service and attention we were given was excellent, but we were the only people in the shop. If it had been busy it may be a different story. We only came in for a single bed but left with a double as well plus mattresses and tempur ?pillows. Had the best two nights sleep since we've had them. Simon the assistant was very accommodating.

We were well looked after by staff, they had good knowledge of the products & were friendly
