Dreams - Banbury

i was met by shop assistant roma who was very friendly and fulfilled all my needs and requirements in purchasing a new bed i went in with a budget of 1000 but spent 2400 after seeing the pro,s of purchasing a tempur bed , overall i was very satisfied with my visit to dreams banbury today .

Very helpful staff, asked us if we needed help but without pressure and let us browse but were always on hand for questions. We tried several beds and were offered to try with different pillows. Once we had narrowed down our options Colin explained the difference between them and about the 30 day trial. As our existing mattress had only lasted 5 years (not Dreams) we were happy to purchase the Primary cover for peace of mind. Overall a great experience.

I was given plenty of information but did not feel pressured at all

We was completely satisfied with the help we received in deciding which bed to buy & the knowledge of the shop assistant, Rosemary explained in great detail the benefits of the product we was looking to purchase & was very helpful with any questions we had, we also had the pod experience to see the benefits & insight into choosing a tempur bed. we was also offered tea & coffee. We also recieves a further discount which we was happy with.

We were seen by the manager of the store, Roma, she was excellent and answered all our questions and was very helpful. She even stayed later than her shift to finish our order.

Good customer service and lovely staff. Mo (kanakulya) helped us to select good matresses and roma (manger) spent time with us and gave valid suggestions and tips for our new home. We are very happy about the service and really happy to come again...

I had my mattress delivered this morning they rang me 7.55am to give me my 2 hour slot between 9am-11am. the two gentlemen that delivered my mattress Chris and Dave was very clean and quick to get my old mattress down stairs and the new one up stairs they toke all packing away with them. very happy.

Simon was very helpful and not pushy

In Banbury store Rosie was there to help us. She was so lovely and helpful. Asked us if we would like a cup of tea. And not pushy at all..! The last thing you want is a pushy sales assistant when your spending so much. We ordered the tempur sensation deluxe 22 mattress with protector. I now can't wait for our bed to arrive in two weeks! Thank you for the excellent service from all the staff in Banbury store we will highly recommend to everyone.
