Although the staff were busy, I was kept informed about the time they would be before I was seen, which was not long. I was served by Rosie who was incredibly polite and helpful.

The customer service was of an excellent standard, we felt well looked after by your staff! We were impressed how soon the bed could be delivered less than a week! Other leading companies in our area the customer service & time taken for delivery was quite poor none were not a patch on Dreams. Even the delivery men Lake & Mike were prompt on time, very polite & helpful especially considering access to our property was extremely difficult due to a fair being outside our door in the town centre. Very happy with the service!

Brilliant Guy!

I was unsure of all the different types of mattress and the assistant that helped me was extremely knowledgable and even had time to offer me a drink.

The assistant greeted us immediately and came to help as soon as he was free (only a few minutes). Listened to our needs - and we chose his second recommendation!

THE PRICE WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED REALLY GOOD QUALITY PRODUCTS AND VERY HELPFUL STAFF . THEY EVEN ARRANGED A DATE THAT SUITED US RATHER THAN OTHER COMPANIES TELL YOU AS AND WHEN.WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS
