Great service on arrival, not pushy service though, asked what we were looking for, knew the products etc. Very helpful and also was very good with involving our young daughter.

Roma was busy but managed her time expertly, we felt we had dealt with a knowledgable sales assistant and were very happy with the service from start to finish.

Rosie was very helpful and made the experience stress free. Will recommend her to any one mentioning buying a new mattress.

Very friendly service from rosie, she understood what we were after and didn't try to oversell what we didn't need. Happy with what we chose and she gave us time to try out all the options whilst also being on hand to answer questions.

The store was well laid out and airy. The lady who served us, Roma, was excellent, helpful, happy, knowledgeable and professional. She made the whole purchasing procedure easy and gave me confidence in my purchase.

The help and support provided by the store Manager was superb. Roma made herself available to explain all the products, how the store was laid out and how the colour codes represented specific products. Roma's balance of leaving myself and my wife to browse the different ranges of mattresses and attending to us with helpful recommendations, guidance, product knowledge and the appreciated cups of tea and biscuits was spot on and an example of the perfect salesperson.

Rosie, the lady who served us was very polite, not too pushy and had good product knowledge after finding out what our requirements were. It's not very often you find someone in sales like this!!

I rang earlier in the day to find out the availability of the type of mattress we were looking for and was rightly assured that there would be a good selection available. The manager remembered us when we arrived (although she was dealing with another customer at the time). It was easy to park. We were served throughout by a new member of staff called Mo who was fantastic - very pleasant, very well informed, extremely helpful. We took our two small children and found the staff very helpful and welcoming towards them. All in all a good experience.
