We found Roma to be very friendly and easy to talk to. Also she is very well informed on the choices that suited our needs.

Roma was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. She did not pressurize but provided info as needed. There was a good selection of mattresses to choose from, and plenty of opportunity to try them out. The information was authorative.

We have bought our last five beds from dreams and knew that bed design had changed so were pleasantly surprised to find Roma who welcomed us to the store and gave us time to look around before giving us the complete run down on beds, styles and mattress make-up, so that we could try the ones that suited us as a couple! we tried each bed for comfort and qualitity and made our choose with Roma help, it was easy. And was affordable for us with the 0% offer! Most satisfied!!!
