We found the bed we wanted at a cheaper price than we were expecting owing to the sale.

The customer service was excellent.

Assistant was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable

Sales person was extremely helpful and accommodating, gave us time to think about our purchase and applied no pressure during the transaction

I was very pleased when I was able to order an under bed trundle to go with my Amy day bed. It will be great to have this in time for family to stay over the Christmas period. Roma the manager of the Banbury store was very helpful, friendly and down to earth. I will defiantly use this store again when the time comes for new beds / mattresses.

As soon as we entered the store we were able to gain assistance from a sales person and his product knowledge was exceptional. He was friendly and gave the impression of really wanting to assist. At first we were going to go away and think about our purchase and in no way were we pressured to make a decision. He left us, giving us some space and we actually decided to stay and make the purchase that before we left. The sales persons name is Simon and he is a credit to your company. We will return to make other purchases and will recommend the store. (Banbury)
