The assistant was very helpful and knew the variety of products we were interested in.

The colleague that dealt with us was very attentive and friendly. He made us a nice cup of coffee. He had a good knowledge of the items that you sold and was very customer focussed

My grandson bought a Tempur mattress and highly recommended it. I went to Dreams to buy a mattress in their sale but after trying several mattresses I also bought a Tempur mattress. Despite the fact that the mattress that I chose was twice the price of the mattress that I went to buy there was no pressure from the assistant and he was happy to let me go off for a coffee and a think before deciding. I bought the mattress on Monday and it has been delivered today (Thursday). The new mattress was taken to the bedroom and the old mattress removed within minutes. Perfect. The reason that I am happy with Dreams is that I had previously visited another High Street bed store and was met with a hard sale in favour of expensive mattresses.

Rosie the assistant was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly and guided me in the right direction in choosing the correct mattress and bed. The other staff in the store were also friendly and welcoming but I didn't feel under pressure to buy. But I did.

Store well laid out, salesperson knowledgeable, attentive and friendly, issues such as disposal of existing mattress taken care of, which made it stress-free.

We were helped when we needed it, made to feel very welcome, offered a drink 3 times. We were also left to make our decision, but the member of staff was available and attentive to any questions we had

The gentleman I worked with was great. I believe his name was Simon. We were impressed with his knowledge and patience. He even through in a couple pillows! Thank you!

I went and saw Mo on Wednesday 9th November and was very satisfied with both him, Dreams and potential purchases. I returned on Thursday 10th November with my son and wife and purchases were made. Mo was excellent, at times juggling four potential customers single handed as he was the only member of staff in store.OK, we had to wait, but he was extremely apologetic and attentive and what's the rush!!Excellent service and excellent product!

Good advice given by Simon (assistant), showing different options on what I was looking for and I hadn't thought about. He had a good knowledge of products and was very helpful.

Roma has helped me buy beds on previous occasions and is friendly, helpful and knows a lot about her stock. It was her great service that made me come back to Dreams Banbury for this order.
