Great help and excellent customer service with a non pressure sale.

Rosy, our sales assistant was really helpful and not at all pushy! She made us feel at ease, gave us enough information and choice of products based on our needs and requirements. The whole experience was positive, time efficient and professional yet in a relaxed atmosphere.

The consultant was extremely informative of the products in store and knew all his products well. He made us a nice cup of coffee during this visit and even offered us some cookies to go with the drinks. he made the shopping experience in store so swift and we were very happy we even took out the piece of mind service plan and some nice new pillows to go on our new beds. id like to thank Mo for the experience in store and for the coffees he made us. Lovely gentleman. Highly recommend this young man.

Couldn't have been more helpful or efficient.

All the staff were friendly and helpful not only to us but each other as well. There were loads of bed frames to choose from and the different types of mattresses were clearly marked, colour coded and firmness.

I was highly satisfied with the experience because of the guy that assisted me in the store. This was not my first visit and he has always been there and assisted the process. He is called Mo and he made the whole experience of buying a bed into a very interesting and even fun one! He also resolved all the problems that arose from the first delivery. Brilliant service.

A very pleasant lady helped us Not pushy and was helpful and informative - apreciated by both of us in our mid to late 50s Appreciated the reasons why I needed the bed ( myeloma - bone cancer = loss of two vertebrae and 6 cm of my height with all the attendant problems that follow from such a serious illness

The sales assistant named Mo, was a very helpful, cheerful young man, eager to please. We have purchased beds and mattresses from Dreams before, and will return if we need more.
