Dreams - Banbury

We've been looking for a new bed & mattress for nearly a year, and searched everywhere, this is the first time we went on to Dreams and was sold a bed straight away!

The salesman Mo was very helpful, & his knowledge of the products was very good.

The salesman was very helpful in assessing our needs regarding the mattress we required and recommended various mattresses. He stayed with us throughout our visit and gave us all the time we needed to make our choice.

As a new customer to buying a bed, i had no idea what sort of mattress i was looking for, Rosie was very helpful explained all the combinations and range you had in store.

We were met by Mo in your Banbury store as soon as we walked through the door. His first question was not to immediately discuss our needs, but to ask if we had had a nice xmas, which I thought was an excellent way to greet a customer and got us off to a good start. He then discussed our needs and made his recommendations and went off to make us coffee whilst myself and my husband discussed our options. He was very polite, friendly, and informative and did not try any hard sell, which again was an excellent approach. We were highly satisfied with Mo and his expertise and would have no hesitation in recommending him/your store to others. We will also definitely be back should the need arise in future.
