Staff were friendly, courteous and asked questions to find out exactly what I wantered.

It was a sale day so excellent prices. Product we purchased was ex display so really good price with instant availability. Also delivery within four days.

Excellent service from the time we entered store. Very friendly, asking questions, listening, explaining, offering time to view and try products. Rosie was excellent and her colleagues contributed when needed to add extra information/advice.

The sales team were very friendly and knowledgeable; there was a large range to choose from and we were not hurried to make a decision.

Roma the store manager helped me again and it was all so easy from entering the store with a nice greeting to trying the mattress. She explained everything and gave me space with nice cup of coffee. I purchased a nice mattress in the end with all the useful services. Thank you all at Banbury store
