We had previously visited Bensons for Beds earlier that day, and were very disappointed both with the lack of assistance, as well as the choice of beds on offer. Needless to say we were quite concerned that we would not find what we were looking for, but as a final push, we popped into the Banbury Dreams store en route home, about an hour before closing time. We gingerly walked in, when Rosemary (Rosie) approached us with a warm smile and offered to assist us. Over the next hour, we were, quite frankly, blown away by the level of support, advice and attention to detail that Rosie displayed. She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and it honestly felt like we had gone shopping with our Mum (in a nice way!). She was very approachable, listened to our needs, and even made us coffee! Neither of us could believe the level of customer service that Rosie and her team provided - it has honestly been one of the most pleasurable shopping experiences that we have ever experienced - high praise indeed from two geeks who hate shopping and normally do it all online! We are still talking about it now, and will be recommending the store. Thanks so much for putting a smile on our faces!

Having researched the product prior to visiting the store to make the purchase made the visit quicker and easier. I knew exactly what I needed and the cost. An assistant was available as soon as I entered the store and showed me straight to the product so I could view it. I was offered the chance of trying the product prior to making a final decision to purchase. Due to the busyness of the store on that particular day I had to wait quite some time before I could finalise the purchase, however the staff were extremely polite and helpful, offering drinks and somewhere to sit. When it was my turn to be served the process was quick and simple. The staff were so friendly and helpful I feel confident I have made the right product choice.

I have a back problem and when we told the sales lady she was so helpful .bring me pillows to try with the beds .Overall very impressed .
