Customer service assistant was very helpful and took an interest in our needs and did not rush us. He made us feel very welcome and was very chatty

I think the sale' sman had been well trained and fully understood tht products that the Manger was at hand to advise if required

Store staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We were looking for a new mattress and didn't need to spend hours trying different types as the assistant steared us towards the ones most relevant to our needs. We tried 3 and found the perfect one for us. There was no pressure to purchase so we had a chance to womble around the store trying other mattresses before deciding to buy.
