We were welcomed by a friendly lady upon entering your Banbury store, who introduced herself as Roma the manager. She was very helpful, gave us very helpful, useful advice and really knew the products well. She was very efficient, friendly and made the whole experience actually enjoyable. She is a credit to your store, indeed your Company, I'd hang on to her if you can!

After browsing for a few minutes (nice not being pressured) Rosie offered her assistance with my purchases and was extremely helpful and took time to show me my purchase on her computer as it was not on show in the showroom. Rosie was very pleasant and I would definitely return to thus store again.

VERY WELL LAID OUT STORE, STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND MOST HELPFUL IN EXPLAINING PRODUCTS AND TAKING TIME TO SHOW US THE DIFFERENT ITEMS AVAILABLE TO SUIT OUR NEEDS. FELT VERY COMFORTABLE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE OUR TIME AND FINDING THE BEST BED AND MATTRESS. IT WAS NICE TO SEE ALL STAFF WERE AVAILABLE ON THE SHOP FLOOR AND HAPPY TO HELP, AS WE HAD COME FROM ANOTHER STORE IN TOWN WHERE THE STAFF WERE ALL SITTING LAUGHING AND JOKING, TAKING NO INTEREST IN THE CUSTOMERS. YOUR STAFF IN THE BANBURY STORE, ARE SUPER REPRESNTATIVES OF YOUR COMPANY.

The assistant who helped choose the right bed for us was Roma. She was helpfull, not pushy, very informed on all the mattresses and beds. She was friendy, polite, and quite frankly a lovely lady. very pleased with the service we had today

STORE CODE B017 SALES PERSON MO VERY POLITE AND VERY HELPFUL. DELIVERY MEN WERE VERY GOOD THEY EVEN TOOK THERE SHOES OFF BEFORE ENTERING THE FLAT WHICH IS MORE THAN MOST PEOPLE DO.
