Naju was fantastic. He was friendly and informative without being over-friendly and salesy. He was focused on providing information and allowing us to make up our own mind by giving us space and time. We even went away to think about it and came back to order the same afternoon.

Rosie was a star, when we enetered she listened to what we were looking for, suggested we try the special matress machine, then showedd us around, recomened bed frames to what we were looking for. Service was quick, informative and very easy from start to finish. Excellent very impressed

Naju was excellent, he gave me time and helped me with all my questions explaining things so I can understand. He spent time with me after the store officially closed. gave me water he showed me a selection of beds and explain what would and wouldn't work ie matress to fit my old bed would be too short, he explained the benefits of each bed and mattresses and was patient with me I brought 2 beds in the space of 3 days and I received excellent service both times

We were helped by a store assistant, Rosie, who delivered all the attentive help and friendly guidance we could have asked for without being at all pushy.

We went to the Banbury Dreams store & were served by Naju. He was a very friendly knowledgeable helpful & all together pleasant man. There was no hard sell. Naju gave us lots of information we tried many different mattresses & nothing seemed like too much trouble. The whole process was pleasant & painless. Even my husband who isn't too keen on anybody said what a nice man he was!!
