Rosie the sales assistant was very friendly and professional. She clearly new her stuff and spent time understanding my needs and explaining the choice available to me. Unlike other bed shops I had been in I felt she really understand the advantages and disadvantages of the different mattresses. She was not pushy and gave me confidence that she was really listening to my individual needs. She is a credit to your company.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied with our visit to Dreams leaving with our first ever new bed and mattress for our new home, Mo - The sales assistant who helped with our order provided the best customer service I have ever come across in my life, he was approachable, friendly, funny and very helpful at all times, he came across very genuine and we felt we could trust him. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I bought a pillow for my son and the assistant allowed him to try out the pillows, offered us drinks and was extremely enthusiastic, making our shopping experience really enjoyable.

The assistant listened to what I wanted. Showed me several beds and mattresses. Also took children into consideration. Getting them some squash.

Dreams was a dream to shop in. The experience was friendly and relaxed from the moment we entered the store. Roma was really helpful, knew the beds and mattresses and helped us to make a considered decision. There was no pressure and she took time to help us work out what we wanted. She makes a good cup of tea too.

My wife and I were looking for a specific type od a mattress as my wife had been experiencing bad sleeping and shoulder pain which was under treatment The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and was able to assist us in buying the right product and other goods which displayed nearby these included mattress protector and duvet covers she also advised us to take out cover protection against stains etc.
