I was offered assistance & greeted as soon as we entered the store, but instead of being overbearing like sales assistants can be, MO, the sales assistant that helped me was informative, helpful & patient. He helped with every aspect of the sale, offering a range of different options till I was completely happy with the purchase. Great knowledge of all products on offer, and knew exactly what would be best for my specific needs/tastes/price range. By far one of the easiest shopping experiences I've had

From the initial welcome to the excellent explanation of the type of mattresses and plioows to the help in finding the most comfortable bed. We had just come from Bensons Beds which was a disappointing experience although marginally cheaper your staff gave us much more confidence and did all wih a sense of fun.

The young man by the name of Mo was so cheerful and polite it was a pleasure to talk to him. He understood our needs and what we were looking for

All the staff were most helpful on both occasions that I visited the store. One young man had only been there for 3 days and was delightful. The product I wanted was just what I was looking for

We were met by Roma who we had seen on a couple of occasions, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. She does a great job.

I visited the store on Friday to enquire about a mattress for our bed. Two assistants helped me source the one I thought suitable for us but I told them I would need to bring in my husband so that we could both try , they gave me quotes and I felt happy to return which we both did on Sunday. Jomir remembered me and so we were able to progress quite quickly, he noticed that my husband needed a further pillow and recommended a tempur pillow, needless to say we bought that too.

The assistant was very knowledgeable also very helpful, we were offered tea or coffee.

Mo was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. It was a pleasure dealing with him, and he has a lovely sense of humour .

Roma from the Banbury branch was fantastic. She listened very carefully to what I was after and was able to recommend lots of products. She also allowed some time to browse and discuss the products alone, before rejoining us. I did not feel pressurised into the sale, which is something I am always aware of. She was welcoming, friendly and got us a great deal. Would definitely recommend!!
