A shop assistant, Colin, approached in a friendly manner & guided us through the items available for our price range in a polite way & thankfully did not use a "pushy" approach to sell - we would have backed off & gone elsewhere. He was patient & allowed us time alone to discuss everything together. Thanks, we will recommend to anyone.

Buying a mattress was a complete chore for me but the guys in the shop in Banbury were really helpful and friendly without all the boring sales jargon. Very friendly and helpful staff

The young man named Dom was very helpfull, the shop was very busy and he was the only assistant working. He was very polite even offered me a coffee because l had to wait. He dealt with my order and apologised for keeping me waiting. Very nice young man.
