We were there in the morning for a quick look at what's in offer. We were assisted by Rosie when she saw us. She approached to ask if we needed any help, did not insist when we said we were fine. We came back in the afternoon after mulling over other options. Rosie showed us what options we have, the quality, the prices.

Because we came away with a product we wanted, without any hard sell and not having to wait long for delivery. The staff were all very polite and friendly and put up with a small child running around the place!
