Dispite waiting to be served as assistant was dealing with another customer, we were very happy with the service we received.

I got what I asked for without any issue

The customer service agent (Mo)was very friendly and helpfull, he made the process a whole lot more enjoyable. His Knowledge was fantastic and adjusted to what we required. We went into the store looking to buy a matress and came out with a whole new bed!!

We are/were quite demanding customers but the team in Banbury (sorry branch manager- I can't remember her name) she was great and Mo was terrific. We visited the Banbury store more than 4 times in the past month and have made several orders...each time the team were very knowledgeable and helpful..thank you...great experience ...even tho the bed I ordered was reduced by £100 when I came to pay the baLance. The Banbury team we came into contact with were great!!

Mo, the Gentleman who helped us, could not not have been more helpful. He allowed us time to browse when we first arrived as well as making us a cuppa. When we needed assistance his product knowledge was first rate, he helped us to chose the right bed for us without ever being pushy. It was clear the store was understaffed however his friendly demeanour meant that we, along with other customers in store, were more than happy to wait our turn to be served.

My husband and I arrived 20mins before closing. We knew which mattress we wanted it was a case of try before you buy. Colin very kindly gave me a goose down pillow to try with which was helpful. He also gave us a cup of tea which meant he wasn't in a hurry to close the store on time. That made the experience more pleasurable as we didn't feel rushed plus we went to look and not buy! New mattress was in the pipeline anyway. All good and we look forward to receiving out new mattress.

I was served by the manger of the store, she was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the products that I was interested. She listened to our needs and did her best in finding the right product for us, yet She wasn't pushy in trying to make a sale.

Highly satisfied so I placed my order. Customer service was good. Product knowledge good. Most of the offers were for higher end products, and very little time was taken discussing lower end products, but I was satisfied with the product I chose

A very personal review of my requirements with a good detailed expalination of all products available. I was not just directed to the most expensive and given a hard sell.
