Dreams - Banbury

We were approached by a sales assistant called Rosie who had a lot of knowledge of all mattress that were available for our requirements. She was a friendly and welcoming.

Banbury store....excellent help, politeness, very easy to talk too, understanding our needs and applying them to the products we agreed to buy. Would not hesitate to use them again and refer the store to others. Hopefully, delivery, assembling etc will be the same.

The service and assistance we received from Roma was outstanding. She took a great deal of time to explain the products to us and help us find the right mattress for us. We also had our toddler with us and Roma made sure to involve her and make her feel as welcome as us which really went a long way in making us feel comfortable during our visit.

Rosie was very friendly and helpful. She wasn't and allowed us to make up our mind on our own while providing all required information about product, available delivery dates and payment options.

Having bought beds from Dreams since it first opened in High Wycombe we have only had beds from you and find the service and beds very good and good value.

I was provided with help immediately. The store manager listened to my needs and find my mattress in no time. I spended in store less than 10 minutes and I went out with exactly what i was looking for.

Rosie helped us find a really good mattress at an excellent price, glad we didn't go with the budget option we looked at, in the end, with her help and advice, we ended up with a far better product which we could take away on the day, so no delivery charges either. The mattress is really comfortable and comes with the eight year Bed Cover. Excellent Many Thanks.
