We found the service we received was non intrusive yet Collin was available to answer questions for us when needed.Collin's product knowledge was very satisfactory and he sensed what we were looking for so was able to direct us to the appropriate range for us to choose for ourselves without pressure.

The advice from the shop advisor in the dreams shop in Banbury who is called mo,he was very helpful in helping me make my mind up with my choice of mattress,he had thorough knowledge of the product's,a very warm and welcoming manner,a credit to dreams...i am very happy with the 40 night guarantee that dreams provide excellent....also id like to add the help from roma the manager was great too.

Mohammed was super helpful from the minute we walked into the store. He asked questions and gave us a good explanation of products that matched our requirements. At the point of purchase, the store manager Rona offered us a great deal on a bed from the show room which made us feel that they really cared about what we purchased. the whole experience was very enjoyable and I am looking forward to my new bed arriving.
