Dreams - Banbury

I went into dreams with the mattress in mind that i wanted. I was approached by store manager Roma who offered me a coffee and told me to try other beds as i have a lower back problem. She was full of product knowledge and showed me the right mattress for me which was more comfortable than the one i chose. Roma couldnt have been more helpful.

Colleague was welcoming,very knowledgeable,courteous,and very efficient.

The Dreams assistant who helped me 'Roma' was super, friend, knowledgable and a great help. She is an asset to Dreams.

as soon as we entered the store we were greeted with a smile and felt welcome straight away. Roma the Shop manager was already dealing with a customer so we looked around for abit but as soon as she was finished with the customer she came straight up to us and asked us how she could help her and gave extensive knowledge on the mattresses and pillows. My husband was so impressed that Roma picked him a perfect match pillow (which Roma called mini mattresses for your head, which made him chuckle). Roma then asked us to look around at each mattress at our leisure and even promptly made us a cuppa which I was really pleased with as I felt like we could take our time and I did not once feel rushed which I loved. She just knew her job which I was extremely impressed with and the whole experience we easy because Roma was so helpful.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff a d a simple to understand range of mattresses. Good pricing and a simple transaction.
