My brother has an issue with his lower back and it is extremely important that the mattress is suitable. Roma listened carefully to us and showed us several mattresses that she though would be helpful for his condition. She was very patient and my brother felt that he had enough time to try out eachmattress and make a good choice. Roma was very busy, but she was able to pay attention to all the other customers without any of us feeling abandoned!
