Excellent service from Naju and a very good experience

Booking the visit was trouble free. The sales person (Naju) was on hand to greet us. He asked our requirements and help us through the purchasing process. We were highly satisfied with the customer service and the whole purchasing process.

Ernest took the time to understand our needs and was very patient with my 70 year old mother. The free water bottles were appreciated.

Looking for a new mattress for my teenage daughter. Your colleague, Rosie came over to us and instantly knew what we needed after talking to us and took us to the computerised bed. I was very happy with the customer service that we received from walking into the shop, to leaving with a new mattress on order. Thank You Rosie

Really friendly and hellful

On entering the store we were warmly greeted. The lovely lady listened to our needs and was so helpful throughout. Nothing was too much trouble and never at any point did we feel pressured into a sale. The social distancing and overall safety of us was excellent. Have already told family and friends of an experience that was made so good when I had been dreading going mattress shopping.

Lovely customer assistant Rosemary was so kind and attentive, helpful and knowledgable. I have fibromyalgia so we were dreading trying to find a new mattress. Rosemary set me up on the matching machine and then helped us find the perfect mattress, talking us thru all the benefits of the products we tried, asking how we felt about the product. It was easy to find what we needed. We then sorted out a new mattress protector, a guarantee, removal of old mattress, fast delivery would of been 5 days but we were going on holiday, so 10 days, even that was really helpful. We were informed of the 40 day trial period as well. Quickly processed thru the till ordered and paid for and really happy something we were dreading went so smoothly and quickly. Well done Rosemary, customer assistants that care about their clients are rare, Rosemary is a shining example of good customer service, a credit to the store and the company.

The young man in the store greeted me politely. I have hearing problems and was on my own that day, so I requested that he speak clearly, which he did throughout the visit. I am on a limited budget and he made no attempt to persuade me to buy a higher priced product. He was helpful, explained everything and made my visit an enjoyable one. I wish I could have hugged him, because it’s an unusual experience these days. I really would recommend Dreams to anyone.
