I was served by Roma the Store manager. She was amazing. The best customer service I have had in a long while. She was attentive, intelligent, well spoken and skilled. The purchase process was a pleasure with her. Her team were helpful to the car too.

The help and advice given to me by your colleague ROMA was excellent, she was knowledgeable with her advice and help in purchasing the right bed. She was also helpful in sorting out the delivery of the new bed and the collection and recycling of the old one. If I wanted to purchase anything else I would certainly go back to your store.

Roma (Banbury store) made us feel so welcome when we walked in. Her sales approach is great - she isn't pushy or overbearing but gave us the information we needed in a really friendly, clear way, then left us to test out the beds. We were offered tea, coffee, cold drinks - she made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Buying in-store these days can be so off-putting precisely because people want to feel at ease and in control when they shop. Some sales tactics can feel pushy and desperate and this really impacts negatively on your shopping experience, because you don't feel you can be honest. Roma was really relateable and down-to-earth and was clearly very confident in the products, without needing to "oversell". We went to Bensons4Beds to compare with other mattresses and beds and the experience was notably different. The customer service was good but less personable, and we didn't like the products they had to offer nearly as much. We returned to Dreams and bought a mattress, frame and two pillows. Roma was very generous and gracious in negotiating a deal that suited us, and the 0% finance was so quick and easy. Would highly recommend.

Just a very big thank you to the staff at Banbury. We nearly brought our mattress on line but thank god we waited and went to Dreams. To have someone tell you about mattresses and for them to listen to us on what we were looking for in the mattress we required was brill. We are so over joyed and satisfied over the help and kindness Roma showed me and my wife. All I can say Thank you Dreams of Banbury we will certainly be recommending you to our friends.
