The entire experience was pleasant, I was left alone to browse for a short time then Rosie came over to offer assistance. I was offered beverages & biscuits whilst shopping which was a nice touch. Rosie appeared knowledgeable about the products & listened to what I wanted & offered help & advise. The computers were in use when I came to make my purchase so Rosie did the paperwork and arrangements were made for her to call me with dates of delivery rather than us sit about waiting whilst the computer became available. We called back at the store after we'd finished our shopping & were made welcome by all members of the team, offered cold drinks whilst we finalised the paperwork & arranged the delivery date. The whole experience from start to finish was lovely as were all the staff .

Roma, the sales assistant was very attentive and understanding of our needs. She was very pleasant and not pushy. She was passionate about the products and knowledgeable. She gave us a better understanding of the Dreams product range, for example, we did not know we could purchase bedding, in particular fitted sheets. This is a bonus as we know where to go in the future.

Very friendly knowledgeable and proffessional, the best shopping experience for a long time, will definitely return. Roma was excellent in all areas.

A shop is only as good as the staff you experience, I have to say that Roma is a credit to your organisation and dealt with us in a very special way. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams Banbury to friends and family.

On entering the store we were immediately acknowledged with a friendly greeting from Mo then given time to wander around. He then asked what we were looking for and offered coffee or tea after discussing our requirements for a new mattress. He explained in detail the options available, the pros and cons (husband has a bad back) and provided pillows to also test. He was very knowledgeable about the products and in advising us in a professional but friendly manner at all times. We were never rushed to make a decision of felt pressurised to buy a particular mattress. He explained fully the costs, the benefits of the serviceplan, delivery and collection details (including the environmentally friendly disposal of the old mattress) Overall great service, happy with our purchase , will definitely return for a third time and would recommend to others also.

We were greeted professionally. We were offered refreshments for ourselves and our little boy. All of our questions were answered.

Mo the salesperson was exceptional
