I was very impressed with the service I received from the dreams assistant Mo who served me today, he made me feel very welcome. He took time to answer all my questions & gave advice on which product would be best for my needs. He explained clearly the delivery options & other services available with no pressure on whether to take them. He is a very polite knowledgable young man and a credit to the company.

MO WAS A VERY GOOD ENVOY FOR DREAMS. HE WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, POLITE AND HAS A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR. WE WERE ALSO IMPRESSED WITH SYLVIE WHO LOOKED AFTER US WHILE WERE WERE WAITING FOR MO TO BECOME AVAILABLE. BOTH MO AND SYLVIE WERE VERY ENTHUSIASTIC AND KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT YOUR PRODUCTS AND SYLVIE, WHILST WE WERE WAITING FOR MO, WAS CLEARLY VERY PROUD AND HAPPY TO WORK FOR DREAMS, WHICH CERTAINLY AFFECTS POSITIVELY MY WISH TO DEAL WITH YOU

I was impressed with Rosie's product knowledge, analaysis my needs and recommendation of most suitable products.

The lady that served us was very friendly and gave helpful advise on what we needed showing us examples. Her colleague also tries to help to get us the bed faster but was unable to but appreciate them trying. Great service, shame the delivery date misses when we wanted it for.

The assistant was extremely friendly we had a cup of tea and a biscuit her knowledge was excellent and the whole experience was very successful.

Rosemary from the Banbury store was not only in there on her own, but she was able to offer an exceptional level of customer service even though her work was piled up to her eyeballs! As she was the only employee in the store she was not stress and she maintained a positive and approachable attitude. When deciding which mattress to go for, she explained in detail which would suit my needs and insisted I tried it before I bought it; I fell in love with the mattress! When placing my order she explained the perks of having the protection on the mattress which I decided to buy. She picked a delivery day that was good for me and explained that I could change my delivery day up to three times as long as I gave notice. She made what I thought would be a stressful shopping experience - a very relaxed and pleasurable experience. Thank you very much to Rosemary in the Dreams store in Banbury!

The assistance I received from Mo at the Banbury store was extremely good. He was very knowledgeable and passionate about the product. He was also very personable and made what could have been a tedious exercise more enjoyable. Full marks to him!
