Rosie the assistant was excellent

Rosie the sales administrator was fabulous

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, not at pushy. Left me to make my own decision before taking me through the order process.

I had to get a bed ASAP. I knew which bed I wanted - unfortunately it was brand new and hadn't even been set up. I was disappointed that I couldn't take away even the floor model, but the assistant found me a bed that I could order that day and its arriving on the 6th July.

The staff and service was first class. Very friendly and knowledgeable of products.

I am highly satisfied with the service at Dreams because the staff member who helped us was extremely welcoming and helpful. She also drew our attention to the various ways we could save money on the products we wanted. We wanted to collect the products later that day and she ensured we could do that. Service was warm and prompt and I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

I went looking for a quality bed with no gimmicks, a straight talking sales assistant and good service.

The salesman was extremely busy but still managed to help with all my questions, I was very impressed

Mo who was the only assistant in the store was excellent.. very helpful, extremely polite and looked after us very well. He could do with an assistant to help him..

Peaceful, helpful staff considering only one assistant we were not rushed and I could have happily fallen asleep! Mattress we chose I am looking forward to a good nights sleep.
