Dreams - Banbury

I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Dreams store because I had been looking for a new bed for a while and could never find anyone to ask questions to etc in other places. However, in this store the colleague who helped me look around for a new bed (Rosie) was very thorough with helping me from making sure it was the right mattress, to making sure it was what I needed and was going to be the best bed that I could buy.

We went to dreams with just the intention of just testing what sort mattress we were looking for but left with a receipt in our hands for a mattress for our first home. Naju made the experience very enjoyable. He listened to what we were looking for and knew just the answer, very knowledgable and gave great advice. Naju gave us plenty of time to browse and did not make us feel pressured at all. I would definitely go back to dreams banbury not only because of the products available but because of the friendly customer service. Who would know buying a new mattress would be such fun!

Rosie was an absulute pleasure to have assisting us. She was very knowledgeable about the products and nothing was too much trouble. We think she is a great asset to your company.

Rosie was extremely efficient and knowledgable, customer service top notch. Very helpful, even down to accessorising the bed linen and cushion. Can't rate her highly enough.

Naju was very helpful and took the time to find the bed we were looking for. He listened to what we needed in a bed and showed us the mattresses and frames which sounded like what we were after. Very understanding when daughter was crying and still assisted us well
