Your Assistant Manager Naju was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and at the same time gave a very personal service, whilst allowing me time to decide what was right for me. He was a dream !! Infact, you would do well to hang on to him in Banbury.

Straight I walk in to the store I was asked if someone can help me, they offer me a drink and help me with choosing right mattresses. The Lady which serve me was very nice and very friendly. Thank you for spending time with me and help me find right mattresses for my needs!! Very happy!

We were shown and demonstrated the Tempur sleep zone which was great. The sales person explained what each of the colouring meant which then allowed us to concentrate in a certain area which of course means we save time and confustion. All the options were explained with features and benefits.
