As we walked in to the store we found a very well designed layout,the store was extremely tidy and pleasant to be in. After a few minutes a gentleman came over to see if we needed any assistance or if we were just browsing, we explained that we needed a new mattress and we needed a fairly firm one, he enquired if it was related to a back complaint and then promptly showed us several mattresses in varying price ranges. Naju talked through all the various aspects of each one and was very knowledgeable about the products. We went away and looked at other companies offering mattresses but none were as nice and comfortable as the ones that we tried so went back to your store in Banbury. As we re entered your store Naju acknowledged us,he was serving another couple at the time so we waited to be seen by him,we could have seen his colleague but we rather wait for Naju as we trusted his judgment and professionalism.we proceeded to purchase a insignia 1600 k mattress from him. Would recommend this store and Naju to anyone

The service we received from Naju was first class. He was extremely helpful showing us round and explaining the products yet he wasn't forceful in his sales pitch. Making us a coffee and letting us look round the store on our own was perfect and it helped me choose the mattress right for me.
