Naju was a fantastic help during our visit and when making our order. His product knowledge was second-to-none, and his kind and friendly nature made us feel at ease from the moment we entered the store, to the moment we left. He offered superb advice, and allowed us plenty of space and time to think, essential when spending significant sums of money. A thoroughly lovely chap; thank you Naju!

The whole experience was a pleasure and felt that the sales person was actually helping rather than 'selling'. The product advantages were fully explained and I was truly satisfied that my money was well spent and I will have a product that I not only need but will met all the criteria demanded. The customer service could not have been better.

It has been quite a few years since I last purchased a new bed. With different products now on the market it was very helpful to have chance to try out the beds and have the differences explained tO me.

The Sales colleague who served us could not do enough to help. He spent time letting us try different products, gave us space to think about what we wanted and made really helpful suggestions. He was hard working, polite and focused on us as customers, even though the shop was really busy with people. We could not fault him and both thought he was a credit to your business

Upon entering the store, I was almost immediately greeted by a very polite and friendly colleague, Naju, who quickly established what my needs were and showed me to the relevant options. His extensive knowledge of the products, their quality and their pricing was of great use in choosing a bed and mattress, and he gave me plenty of time and space to try out the various mattresses, without trying to upsell me at any point. I was even able to purchase an ex-display headboard in good condition at a very reasonable discounted price. I would definitely come back to this store if I wanted to buy another bed or mattress in the future.

The staff were very professional, had a great knowledge of the product and were very friendly. She made a job we were dreading doing into a pleasant experience. The quality of the items seem good value.

Friendly welcome, and immediate intelligent, relevant assistance. Wide choice and price-range. After initial enquiry and discussion we were left in peace for an in-family discussion without any pressure or interference.

The staff member who (NAJU)served us was very helpful, friendly and very personable. He made us feel very welcome to the store. His knowledge of the product we wanted was excellent and above all he was honest about the product we was interested in. He spent time explaining everything and went above and beyond to help us. He wasn't pushy at all and gave us plenty of time to make our decision and try the product we was interested in. I would definitely recommend the Banbury store to buy a bed from as we are 100% happy with our overall experience.
