The assistant Naju was very courteous and helpful. He saved us time by being able to show us quickly what we needed. The order was processed efficiently and Naju took care to explain delivery, terms and conditions and returns procedure (if necessary) before requesting our signature

Non-pushy, friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Explanation of different constructions and given plenty of time to try different mattresses. Naju inspired confidence in our eventual choice.

Salesman was very helpful, not pushy! Knowledgeable on products. Asked my wife and I if we would like a drink. We were both very pleased with service from start to purchase.
