The staff at Banbury Dreams are very professional , friendly and wonderful people especially the store manager is well organised and has a lot of experience and thorough knowledge about the product and dealing with the customers at her best. I would always love to shop and recommend the family, friends and colleagues to shop at Banbury Dreams .

Havent got the name of the guy with me at the moment or his number but he was at banbury store and he was absolutely brilliant he taken his time to explain all and even ask if we wanted tea or coffee even before we purchased anything and we left and came back to the store as I liked his frendly manner and purchased the items if you could find out his name and number code he was absolutely brilliant and the lady who sorted the delivery for us thank you

The assistant who helped us, Roma, was very helpful and charming. She worked very well with her colleague - they made a lovely team. The store was clean and well laid out. We were offered a drink which was a nice touch.

The member of staff was knowledgable, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. She showed us a variety of options and did not pressure us to make any decisions. her name is Rosie.
