The whole experience was enjoyable from the very beginning. The overall impression on the shop floor is calm and plenty of options. The staff (and in particular Naju) understood our needs perfectly, and gave us the time to compare and feel the mattresses until we found the one we liked. We felt no pressure on deciding, and the advice was sound and made sense. We were coming from a previous bad experience from a competitor's shop for our previous mattress, so we were delighted to hear the delivery date being just 2 weeks instead of a month. Even the buying process was excellent where all the parts of the purchase were made crystal clear and made sure to be detailed. The 40 night guarantee, plus the 8-year bed cover plan is a really peace of mind for us.

We were so pleased that we were served by Roma. She had helped us 2 years ago when we last bought a bed and is one of the reasons we returned. She remembered us too. Roma is friendly, personable plus knowledgeable and able to make excellent recommendations

We were highly satisfied with the whole shopping experience! As we walked in the door Naju greeted us with a smile and welcomed us to Dreams. Tea or coffee? That was really nice. Showing us the beds which would benefit my son the most and trying mattresses. Naju had so much time to help us it was a delight to have someone help us find the right bed.

The main reason we were satisfied with our experience was the member of staff. Rosie at your Banbury store struck a perfect balance of being available but giving us space to discuss and decide. When she was with us she made us feel comfortable ( I'm not massively keen on lying in beds in the middle of a shop) was really knowledgeable and helpful without crossing the line to pushy. She showed us alternatives based on the feedback we were giving and was just generally a great ambassador for your company. We had been looking for a bed for a little while and visited your Banbury store to try to buy before your sale ended - we had visited a couple of other Dreams branches and whilst there was nothing wrong with our visit to the other stores we had not encountered a member of the team who was as good as her.
