Staff were very friendly and couldn't have done more for us. We had our 7 month old baby with us and he was trying the mattresses too as we co sleep. all of the staff interacted with him and he loved his afternoon out!

Naju was very helpful. He explained all the types of mattress in an easy way and was very good in ensuring we had everything we needed that day.

We have had lots of difficulties in finding the right mattress but Rosie listened to our needs and helped us find just what we needed.

I was well looked after by the staff.

The staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly. They couldn't do enough to make sure we saw the product we wanted as it wasn't out in the store front. They were all very polite and did everything with a smile.

We were swiftly and very efficiently served by Roma who took time to understand our needs and give us plenty of opportunity to choose from the variety of products that she showed us. We never felt rushed or pressured to buy. Roma was a breath of fresh air - she was friendly, knowledgeable and very personable

Store Manager Roma was excellent, highly knowledgeable, polite, not pushy in any way. Showed us the products and left us to decide what we wanted to do in our own time. On hand with answers to any questions. Extremely professional.

Colin who served us was so very helpful and efficient and very knowledgeable of the products. In all a very pleasant and rewarding shopping experience

Roma fully understood exactly what I was looking for. She was so friendly, personable and knowledgeable. Roma explained everything in detail. So pleased with the service received...dont think I have ever hugged a sales person at the end of a sale! Thank you Roma.

Roma was excellent, she helped us with everything and her knowledge was to a very high standard. (She makes a lovely cup of tea too)
