Rosie who served me was extremely attentive and approachable. She answered all the questions that I had and seemed extremely knowledgeable.

We were given plenty of very clear and concise information by Roma who quickly identified what we were looking for and helped direct us to the products which best suited us. She was extremely friendly and helpful whilst maintaining a professional attitude and struck the right balance between being attentive and giving us time to try out and look at the beds ourselves.We left the store feeling that the purchase of our new bed was a really positive experience.

I was left to have a look at the available products without too much pressure after an initial welcome. Then was immediately given the assistance when I wanted it. The salesman was extremely courteous which I appreciated.

I was served by an assistant named Naju, he was very polite, very informative about the different beds, and not pushy at all towards me in buying a bed. I felt quite at ease speaking with him as he had a soft speaking voice.

Naju was extremely helpful and knowledgable with regard to the products I was looking at even though I was only looking for bed linen in the Dreams clearance and therefore not likely to spend a great sum of money. He was very friendly and made me feel very welcome in the Dreams shop.

We were assisted by a very friendly and knowledgeable branch manager. All of our queries were answered quickly and thoroughly. We were shown a number of options and given plenty of time to evaluate them according to our needs. At no time did we feel under any pressure to make a purchase. The items we purchased were competitively priced and we were made aware of any special offers available at the time of our visit. we were offered light refreshments (Which we enjoyed). Both Roma (Branch manager) and her colleague could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Excellent service!
